I recently collected my CF MOTO 650GT from Juan (5 stars) at the Murcia shop. The reason for overall 4 stars is only because I have yet to use the servicing department. Juan has pulled out all the stops to ensure I had the bike on time and between us the use of technology in documentation transfer worked a treat...I will provide a further update when I have used other facilities.

Verry good service. I bought a new bike and after a week they delivered the bike. No cost for the delivery. Verry nice persons. Specialy Juan who speaks verry good Englisch.

Excellent service from the sales dept in Murcia. Unfortunately the mechanic in the other shop did an awful job preparing the motorcycle. After only 40 km the engine warning came on. Had to return to the dealer.then found bike had no tool kit under the seat. The mechanic from cartegena jade has ruined my experience of buying a new and expensive motorcycle , since this is my third motorcycle from jade motor I was expecting better.
